Ahoy Matey

Thanks to all the wonderful JCAs who first alerted with the sale
plus 30% off deal on the sequin anchor tank and then
helped me locate one in my size at the B&M!
And I'm super happy the stores do charge-send since
I don't get to them but about once a year.

The pants are the café capri in pop art polka dot. The shoes are from
Brooks Brothers (shout-out to xoxo for reintroducing me to BB).

The best ships are friendships ... thanks again to my bloggy buddies!

  1. The tank looks fantastic on you, Tiffany Rose! Congratulations on being able to track one down! :)

Btw, I absolutely love your entire outfit! The shoes are lovely, and I would imagine that they're very comfortable, too.

    1. FFM - thanks so much! Though sequined, I think the graphic anchor makes it more casual and wearable for daytime. At least that's what I tell myself. ;)

      The shoes are really comfortable!

    2. They are fairly high heels but I wore them first time out of the box for a full day at the office and did not want to rip them off my feet at all.

  2. Yes you've put that together quite wonderfully.

  3. Very cute outfit and I love your friendships quote. JCAs are just the best. I am not buying much J.Crew lately but I still enjoy the community.

Thanks for the shout-out, hope the shoes meet your expectations.

    1. This was a nautical theme and I thought the ships quote quite appropriate. :) JCAs are the best, this is not the first time I've been helped.

Oh I love the shoes. I had been needing some navy pumps and not only did these fit the ticket, I got them for $59.40! I did not have to break them in at all, leather lining and sole and I love the shape of the toe.

  8. What a cute outfit! I do so enjoy seeing others bring their ideas to light, I just wish I could be as creative. I was also one of those that had to have the anchor sequin top after seeing Rynetta's pixs...I thought it was going to be too flashy for me, but I decided it was a MUST HAVE for me. Not brave enough to dress it up yet but have been wearing it with jeans (so far). Great pix!

    1. Hi Rashawnda, thanks! It is sparkly but I don't mind daytime sequins at all. ;) I think wearing it with jeans is cute, I can also see it with white shorts or a mini skirt (though I don't wear minis) or yellow or bright blue cafe capri pants. Have fun and enjoy wearing it!
